BTCCSquare news:

Hong Kong's monetary authority has taken a decisive step toward integrating digital assets into mainstream finance with the launch of EnsembleTX, a live pilot for tokenised deposits. Seven major banks, including HSBC Hong Kong and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong), will facilitate real-value transactions on the platform, marking a transition from sandbox experimentation to operational implementation.

The initiative builds on earlier testing through the Ensemble Sandbox, which allowed financial institutions to simulate digital asset settlements. Now, participants can execute commercially significant transactions involving tokenised money market funds, enabling real-time liquidity management. Asset managers BlackRock and Franklin Templeton join exchanges and fintech firms in this collaborative effort to demonstrate faster, more transparent financial operations.
